Our Makerspace

Ask you student about Makerspace!   A place where  STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) come together for creativity and exploration.    Led by our full time teacher - Becky Foutch, students learn thru lessons and hands on activities.

When  classrooms are not visiting with their teachers, the  Makerspace is a free-use space for students to visit during lunch or sign up for the after school program. 

• The Makerspace Lunch Club is a parent-supervised lunchtime period for upper-grade students to engage in creative independent and collaborative projects. The Lunch Club is a very popular program and is one of the most gratifying volunteer opportunities at Henry Ford. 
• After School Makerspace is Henry Ford staff supervised as an afterschool program.
