Meet Our Assistant Principal

Ms. Nichole Crawford

It is with great pride and excitement that I have the role of Vice-Principal of Henry Ford Elementary School.  I am honored to be a part of the Henry Ford School community and I realize the great responsibility that I have to inspire, empower, and influence our youth, as well as the opportunity to positively impact the families, staff, and communities in support of our students. I strongly believe that students grow and achieve more when they are challenged and surrounded by involved and compassionate adults, both within and outside the walls of a school.

I bring to Henry Ford many years of experience as an educator. I have served in positions ranging from second through fifth grades as a classroom teacher. When time allowed I also held site positions as Testing Coordinator, Technology Curriculum Integration Representative, Stanford EL Design Thinking Project participant, PBIS Network Site Lead, and NGSS training and many other leadership opportunities.

No matter the role within education, I always return to my core values including the idea that education is a social right-- not a privilege. It is with that belief that we need to make a positive impact towards equity and excellence in our schools so our students will make their own positive and lasting impact in our world.

When I am not at Henry Ford School you can usually find me with my family. My husband and I love to have adventures with our two children. We love to travel, hike, bike, and generally stay active around town. I love to read and enjoy a meal with my friends and family.

I look forward to working with the students, staff, and community at Henry Ford Elementary School!
